Because we concentrate on mobile repair and onsite training in your home or office, we do not have a retail location where you can drop off your computer or pick up the parts you need. We don't charge extra to come to you, and you'll get the service you'd expect from a repair shop that charges more. When a repair job is better handled at our office, we'll do what's needed and promptly return the computer to you. If all you need is a new hard drive or other item, and you want to install it yourself, no problem. We have free delivery within Utah County for purchases of $25 or more. Really.
